Yes, pwn told me he changed the cost of the double xp ring to 3k
but one is still able to buy it with 1.5k for some reason, meaning ur loyalty points go negative.

I think the ring is tradeable so if u ever make an alt account as a pure or skiller or something u can trade it to him  . |
